In Lady Juliet’s name, they trade tragedy for celebration, making life, love, and liberty the nightly creed of the house.

Under their vision, the beverage program led by Bar 5–certified prince of the bar, Zack Thomas weaves together house libations, classic concoctions, and spirit-free creations inspired by everything from the days of the Colosseum to the age of disco. Every detail, from the glassware to the music, is designed to feel less like a bar and more like stepping onto a beautifully lit set, where every guest is invited to play their part in the story.
